Steven Siaji, a Specialist in the US Army in Kaiserslautern, Germany, is in the process of being approved for entering the US Army Chaplaincy. He has a Master's degree in Theology and was working on his Ph.D. at the University of Texas @ San Antonio, Texas prior to joining the US Army last year. Pray if it is God's will for him to represent the CoGoP as an armed forces chaplain in the US Army, that all will go well with his admission packet. Also, please pray for his family who live and work and worship in San Antonio, Texas.

Chaplain (CPT) Aliner Harris, Schweinfurt, Germany, who faced possible elimination from the US Army Chaplaincy, was vindicated over his removal for cause OER. He is being reassigned to the US Army in Vincenza, Italy. Please pray that God will continue to use him and his wife, Bertha, in their ministries to those overseas. Pray especially that God will give Bertha the same ministry she has had to women and children in the Schweinfurt area to the folks in the Vicenza, Italy area as well.

Chaplain (MAJ) Dale Code, US Army, Korea, and Penni and the girls, are living in Seoul, Korea. Dale is stationed with the Division on the N. Korean border, and the family is living in Seoul. Dale gets to see his family on weekends and from time to time. The girls are doing well attending the DDOS school system. He has another year at least overseas. Pray that God will bless them in their ministry overseas, but also bless his son, Daniel and his wife, in the states.

Update on 07/28/2008

In July 2007 Army Chaplain (MAJ) Dale Code and family reported for a two year assignment in the Republic of Korea with the 2nd Infantry Division. Dale's wife, Penni, and daughters Pamela and Paula are excited about living in the "Land of the Morning Calm" in Seoul, Korea. The family is living in the Yongsan area of Seoul while Dale works up in the division area north of Seoul. He gets to visit with them on weekends and days off. The girls are settled in school and Pamela is running cross country track. Their son Daniel's Oklahoma National Guard unit has received orders for a year-long tour in Iraq early 2008. His wife Catherine is completing her religious studies degree this year and prayer is requested for God's protection and guidance in their lives. Pray that God will bless the Code's ministry in the country of south Korea.

Chaplain (CPT) Aliner J. Harris, our newest addition to our CoGoP Military Chaplaincy team, is presently assigned to Fort Jackson, South Carolina. He is working with the Basic Training units which are located there. Aliner is on orders for Germany with a reporting date around January 2008. He is planning for the family to accompany him to this new assignment. Chaplain Harris has proven a tremendous asset to the unit ministry team there at the training brigade at Fort Jackson. Pray for Aliner and Bertha and the family as they prepare for this major move to Germany. They have 4 girls and 1 boy; all respectful and dedicated to the Lord. Also pray God's strength for Aliner's wife Bertha who had major surgery this past summer and experienced complications. She is doing much better now. Praise the Lord.

I made an endorser's visit to Ft.
